Regulr Customer Messaging Program
When you opt in to receive text messages from a business using the Regulr platform, you are subscribing to the Regulr Customer Messaging program. These terms explain what messages you will receive, how often, and how to manage your preferences.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages at the phone number you provided. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.
1. What Messages You Will Receive
Messages sent through the Regulr Customer Messaging program may include, but are not limited to:
- Appointment reminders: Notifications about upcoming appointments, reservations, or bookings at participating businesses
- Promotional offers: Personalized discounts, special deals, and limited-time promotions from businesses you have visited
- Loyalty program updates: Points balances, reward notifications, tier upgrades, and loyalty program announcements
- Win-back messages: Re-engagement offers from businesses you haven't visited in a while, encouraging you to return
- Review requests: Follow-up messages after a visit asking for your feedback or review of the business
- Transactional updates: Order confirmations, delivery updates, or other service-related notifications
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the participating business, your visit history, and your engagement with the program. You can typically expect to receive 2 to 8 messages per month per business you have opted in with. Actual frequency may vary based on your transaction activity, scheduled appointments, and active promotions.

Standard message and data rates may apply.
Text messages sent through this program are delivered via standard SMS. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates will apply. Contact your carrier for pricing details related to your specific plan.
4. How to Opt In
You may opt in to the Regulr Customer Messaging program through any of the following methods:
- At the point of sale: By providing your phone number and consent during a transaction at a participating business
- Wallet pass enrollment: By adding a digital loyalty or membership pass to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from a participating business
- Website form: By entering your phone number and consenting to receive messages on a website form operated by a participating business or on regulr.ai
- Keyword opt-in: By texting a designated keyword to a phone number provided by a participating business
By opting in through any of these methods, you provide your prior express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Regulr on behalf of the participating business.
5. How to Opt Out
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message.
After you send STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. No further messages will be sent from that business unless you opt in again.
You may also opt out by:
- Emailing brian@regulr.ai with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and including the phone number you wish to unsubscribe
- Contacting the participating business directly and requesting removal from their messaging program
Opting out of messages from one business does not automatically opt you out of messages from other businesses you may have subscribed to through the Regulr platform. To opt out of all Regulr messages, reply STOP to each number you receive messages from, or email brian@regulr.ai and request a complete opt-out.
6. How to Get Help
For help, reply HELP to any message or email brian@regulr.ai.
Our team will respond to help requests within one business day.
7. Supported Carriers
Our messaging program supports all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and their affiliates and MVNOs.
8. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is outside of our control. Regulr is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier issues, device incompatibility, or changes to your phone number.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect your phone number and messaging consent solely to deliver the messages described in this program. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

10. Terms of Service
Use of the Regulr platform and messaging program is subject to our Terms of Service. By opting in to receive messages, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to both our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
