- SMS opt-in: When you consent to receive text messages from a participating business through our platform, whether at the point of sale, through a web form, or by texting a keyword to a short code or phone number
- Direct interactions: When you contact us by email, phone, or through our website
- Automated collection: Through cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies when you visit our website
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Standard message and data rates may apply to any text messages you receive. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
4.4 Opting Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. You may also opt out by emailing brian@regulr.ai with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and including the phone number you wish to unsubscribe.
4.5 Getting Help

4.6 Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Compatible carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers.
4.7 No Data Sharing for SMS Purposes
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are used solely to deliver messages through our platform on behalf of the businesses you have consented to hear from.
5. How We Share Information

- With participating businesses: We share customer data with the businesses you have interacted with, so they can manage their customer relationships and retention programs

6. Data Retention and Deletion

- Transaction records: Retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and financial reporting requirements
- SMS opt-out records: Retained indefinitely to ensure we honor your opt-out request
- Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely
Requesting Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing brian@regulr.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include your full name and the phone number or email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email. Note that some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or financial recordkeeping).
