Why integration-first matters for retention
A retention platform is only as good as the data it sees. Without a real-time POS connection, the system is guessing at customer behavior from second-hand signals and the campaigns it sends end up generic. With a real POS connection, the platform sees every check, every order, every booking the moment it happens — and the campaigns get personalized at the level of the individual customer's actual order history.
Regulr is built integration-first. Every customer profile is grounded in POS-truth, not form fills or self-reported preferences. Wallet pass enrollment auto-merges with POS history the moment a customer uses their card or pays through the system. Win-back campaigns trigger on real lapse data, not guesses. Birthday rewards fire on the date the POS recorded, not the date someone typed into a popup.

POS systems are the foundation: every check, every order, every booking flows from there into Regulr's customer graph. Wallet platforms (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet) are the customer-facing channel — the actual pass that lives on the customer's phone. CRM and reservation system connectors merge guest profiles between Regulr and the system your front-of-house team operates from, so the host stand and the marketing engine see the same person. Each integration page below explains exactly what data syncs both ways, what triggers what, and how long setup takes.
How long does integration take?
Most Regulr integrations are operational within 1 to 2 weeks for an independent venue and 3 to 6 weeks for a multi-location chain. Compare that to enterprise loyalty platforms (Punchh, Paytronix) which typically run 8 to 12 weeks for a chain rollout. The shorter cycle on Regulr is partly because we ship native connectors instead of asking the operator to build a Zapier scaffolding — and partly because the wallet pass channel deploys without an app, so there's no App Store review window to wait through.
Don't see your POS or platform listed?
Regulr can connect to any POS or platform that exposes a customer-data API or supports webhook-based event delivery. If your stack isn't in the table below, drop a note via the apply page and we'll confirm whether a native connector exists or whether the integration ships in the next quarterly release.
